The basics
TinyBright (“the game”) is published by Beckham Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the game and this website. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the game.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TinyBright for your own and your family’s private, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not sell, redistribute, or charge others for access to the game, or attempt to copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly permits.
Ownership
The game, its name, artwork, audio, characters, text and code are owned by Beckham Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Acceptable use
Please use the game as intended. Don’t try to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it in any unlawful way.
For families
TinyBright is intended for young children used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you set it up for a child, you accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for supervising their use.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and delightful, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beckham Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
